Store policy


We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 10-20 business days. Please note that COCO’S WARDROBE is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. COCO’S WARDROBE does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees of $14.99 are non refundable. Please see our FAQ section for more detailed information on shipping options we provide for your country. 

Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives. 


Regular priced items bought on COCOS WARDROBE.COM will gladly be accepted for a store credit or exchange within 20 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. A store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase. COCO’S WARDROBE is not responsible for shipping and handling costs for exchanges or returns. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you. To make a return or exchange please fill out the form below and send it back with your returned merchandise. Please be advised to retain proof of postage receipt as we unable to accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels incurred during transit to our warehouse. Once your return parcel is received processing time is 1-2 business days for store credit.

In the event your item is damaged or defected please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a store credit or exchange. 

All international orders must have returned postage dating no later than 7 days from the date it was received. Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
